Poor again (boringboringmusicpost)

Crud. Only $6.10 left in my wallet. Poor again.
I was a very happy girl at the back of JB HiFi today. Two new vinyls: Kings of Convenience and Bernard Fanning. Heh. I have their full albums but I just had to hear them on vinyl. I left the more expensive ones (Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Elliot Smith and The Beatles) behind. Heehee, had a laugh at Rihanna’s and Justin Timberlake’s reduced price vinyls.
Too bad I have to special order Foy Vance’s album and EP. Nah, too expensive. I’ll just wait for him to come tour here. Yeah, I’ll just wait 5 years ):
Spoke to the boys from Bonjah before they started busking on Bourke today
Spent my last $10 on their first album. Would’ve gotten their live album if I had that extra $10. I totally… uh, dig (for lack of a better word) their music. Plus they have lovely locks and gorgeous smiles to boot. Heh, can’t wait to catch them at The Espy next week. Check them out!
I feel like minestrone soup so I’m gonna walk to Lygon now.

I’ve been quite enamoured with him lately.
This is song writing at its very best, in my humble opinion.
Edit: I prefer live performances most of the time, but check out the official video for this. It’s lovely.
diastema.

Oh I just wasted 2 hours watching I, Robot.
And how to undo ordering something online?!
And I’ve always wished I had something cute like bright red hair or freckles or diastema.
roll out those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer

I am Saturday’s child, but I feel like every child but Saturday’s. Hahaha, I certainly don’t “work hard for a living”. Dumdedum… Sis mocks me good-naturedly on her blog, saying I “sprawl on the couch, watching Prison Break” while she exercises. Excuse me, my weak ankles are not a lame excuse! They’re a legit problem… that allows me to, yes, sprawl on the couch and watch TV.
Haha, Mum made her copy out 1 Cor 13. “You’d realise that that nowhere in it is there anything about love being an emotion”.
Yum, days at Borders and no.12s. How can I not pray for you? Excitingexcitingexcitingexciting (:
While thrifting, brilliant new old vinyl finds: Classic Willie Nelson and Bacon & Eggs-The Album. YES! Hahaha, quite blatantly cheesy and mainstream back in the day, but having the ‘classics’ just make me happy. Also: The World of Ballet, an album of Boccherini, Hadyn and Tibor de Machula cello(!!!) concertos and Living Moods volume 2… all seem to be in pretty good shape (: Can’t wait to play them on the-yet-to-be-named(or bought)-turntable.
Spring makes me want to get rid of those knick knacks and clothes I haven’t touched in years. And that makes me want to fill up that wardrobe space with more knick knacks and clothes from op shopping. But I only like op shopping alone or with Mum. I miss Mum.
I can’t remember where I last left my phone. Just as well because, go away, I don’t like answering my phone or smses.
And I don’t like surprises. … Unless they’re Kinder Surprises. YUM+fun.
No one’s home, I’m alone with my music and my TV.
